Miniature Fluffy Peanut Butter Pies
I channeled my inner 10-year old self for this concoction. As we were passing down the baking aisle at Target on Saturday, I noticed these miniature graham cracker pie crusts. One shelf down in the same glance, I happened to spot the marshmallow cream. Like a lighting bolt in my brain, I remembered my favorite snack/dessert as a kid…peanut butter and marshmallow cream. Yum.
These are delicious, but I happen to enjoy just eating the peanut butter and marshmallow cream mixed all by itself.
Here’s the recipe: Â 1/2 jar marshmallow cream (or use the entire smaller jar), peanut butter, and miniature graham cracker crusts (or you could make your own).

| 1. Mix the marshmallow cream with an almost equal amount of peanut butter. |

| 2. Stir until well blended. |
 |
| 3. Carefully scoop the mixture into the miniature pie crusts and refrigerate for at least a few hours. |
YUM! These remind me of my college days. My roommate and I would make "Fluffernutters". Same ingredients (pb and marshmallow cream)expect instead of a pie crust we made sandwiches! I'm going to have to try these though! (we'll call it a pregnancy craving) :) Thanks for sharing!
